Email us with a description of the issue, your Malody version, device model and steps to reproduce it. If possible, include a screenshot with private information hidden.
Never send passwords, verification codes or payment card numbers. For purchase issues, an order identifier or receipt with sensitive details hidden can help us investigate.
Where can I download Malody?
Malody has not announced a launch date. Official App Store and Google Play links will appear on this website when available.
Keep your progress on a new phone
Before changing devices or uninstalling, open Settings and link your Apple or Google account. Use that same linked account on your new device.
If you used a guest account and local data has already been lost, recovery may not be possible. Contact us with any account details you still have and we will check what help is available.
Pro, restoring purchases and cancellation
If you paid but do not see Pro access, check that you are using the correct App Store or Google Play account and use Restore purchases in the app. If it still does not work, email us with your order identifier.
To cancel or manage a subscription, open Subscriptions in the store account used to purchase it. Deleting your Malody account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests follow the store's process.
Delete your account and data
For a linked account, open Settings in Malody, find Account, choose Delete account and confirm. This action cannot be undone for the account and learning data that are deleted.
If you use a guest account, cannot see the delete option or cannot access the app, email contact@kylanstudio.com with the subject “Malody — Delete account”. Include your linked email or user identifier if available. We may need to verify account ownership; never send a password or verification code.
The request covers your account and related learning data, including your library, saved words, progress and review schedule. Some transaction records, security information or backups may be retained for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Remember to cancel any paid subscription separately through the store.
Report a lyric or content issue
Include the song title, source link, incorrect lyric or word and your suggested correction. For song-import issues, include the link you submitted and the error shown on screen.
If you own content and have a rights-related request, send the specific link, a description of your rights and contact details so we can review it.
Microphone or speaking practice issues
Check Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions in device settings, then reopen Malody. Recognition also depends on language availability, operating-system services and connectivity.
You can keep reading lyrics and reviewing words without microphone access. If the issue continues, email us with your operating-system version and a description of what happens.
